Abstract

Un procédé de retraitement de déchets contenant du caoutchouc afin de produire du combustible pour moteurs ainsi que de produits chimiques, consiste à traiter à chaud les déchets contenant du caoutchouc à une température comprise entre 270 et 420 °C, et à une pression allant de 1 à 6 MPa, dans un solvent d'hydrocarbures, sous la forme de déchets obtenus dans la production de caoutchouc synthétique, le rapport pondéral entre le solvent et les déchets initiaux contenant du caoutchouc étant de 2-4:1. On peut mettre en ÷uvre le procédé en présence d'un métal de terres rares, de composés intermétalliques de métaux de terres rares, d'hydrure de titane ou d'oxyde de calcium.
