Abstract

L'invention porte sur un appareil de mise en place et de positionnement de barres, tiges ou profilés métalliques de toutes sections et longueurs utilisés de préférence sur les machines fabriquant des treillis électrosoudés de type courant ou de type spécial et caractérisées, comme l'indique le dessin, par un moyen de transfert (4) à couples de chaînes accolées pouvant simultanément mettre en place et positionner plusieurs barres (1) sur la surface réceptrice (9). Lesdits couples de chaînes (4) parallèles et verticales fermées sont entraînés par des roues dentées à grand (6) et à faible rayon (5.1 - 5.2). Chacune des chaînes comporte du côté extérieur un certain nombre de dents ou plaquettes présentant chacune une encoche latérale semi-circulaire dirigée dans le même sens. Il en résulte que dans un même couple de chaînes accolées, l'une d'elles aura ses plaquettes (7) orientées dans un sens, et l'autre, dans le sens opposé (8), de façon à constituer plusieurs logements pouvant recevoir, transférer et mettre en place des barres (1).
