Abstract

Sertisseur chirurgical (14) en L à deux passages dont l'un est serti sur l'une des extrémités (16) d'un câble dont l'autre extrémité (13) passe d'abord autour d'un ou de plusieurs os ou de tout dispositif ou appareil devant être fixé à l'os puis dans le deuxième passage (24) pour être ensuite tendu par un tendeur (17) saisissant le câble et prenant appui sur la face de butée (23) du sertisseur.
