Abstract

A display unit in which the problem of attaching a shirt or various items to a sloping display surface is solved. This display unit consists of a base (1) and a metal rod (2) extending upwards therefrom with its end attached to a head (3). A wooden board (4) for supporting the head (3) is also fastened to the metal rod (2). To place a shirt on the dummy, the user tips the head (3) backwards by means of a hinge (5) on the metal rod (2), positions the shirt then tips the head (3) forwards again so that its neck fits into the collar of the shirt (6) and holds it on the display surface.
