Abstract

Appareil de chauffage central comportant un foyer (1) à combustible solide, un orifice (19) reliant le foyer à une chambre de post-combustion (2), des canaux reliant la chambre de post-combustion à la cheminée pour les gaz brûlés, un réservoir de stockage (9) entouré de parois isolantes (26) et proche du foyer (1) de sorte que le volume d'eau enserre au moins partiellement le foyer, et la tuyauterie nécessaire. Le foyer (1) peut servir soit de chaudière soit de foyer ouvert, l'air de combustion en mode foyer ouvert et celui en mode chaudière suivent des chemins essentiellement différents, les gaz brûlés en mode foyer ouvert et ceux brûlés en mode chaudière se dirigent vers la cheminée en suivant des chemins essentiellement différents, et un volume (11), accueillant avantageusement au moins une pompe de circulation (12) et la tuyauterie nécessaire au raccordement du réservoir de stockage aux circuits de chauffage central et d'alimentation en eau, est adapté aux face intérieures des parois isolantes (26).
