Abstract

Des combinaisons choisies de solvants spécifiques et d'un tensioactif sont compatibles avec des enzymes lipolytiques, de telle sorte qu'après une première application des compositions de la présente invention, l'effort de nettoyage requis pour enlever les salissures au cours des étapes subséquentes de nettoyage se trouve réduit. Cette invention porte sur une composition de nettoyage de surfaces dures comprenant: a) un solvant renfermant au moins un groupe hydroxyle alcoolique et au plus une liaison éther; b) un tensioactif; et c) une enzyme lipolytique. On considère que les solvants choisis interagissent avec l'enzyme pour empêcher d'une certaine manière le tensioactif d'interférer avec l'activité de l'enzyme et réalisent ainsi une interaction synergétique, dans la mesure où l'addition soit d'une enzyme, soit d'un solvant, à un tensioactif accroît l'effort de nettoyage par rapport au tensioactif seul, tandis que l'addition à la fois d'un solvant et d'un tensioactif allège l'effort de nettoyage par rapport au tensioactif seul.
