Abstract
Dans un four à recuire à hotte, l'eau de refroidissement vaporisée sur la hotte de protection (2) pendant le refroidissement par vaporisation arrive dans un canal collecteur (14) intégré dans le fond (7) de la hotte de protection (2) puis est évacuée. Souvent, de l'eau résiduelle demeure cependant dans le canal collecteur (14), elle en sort lorsqu'on soulève la hotte de protection (2) et goutte sur le matériau recuit. La nouvelle hotte de protection (2) doit être conçue de manière à ce que de l'eau résiduelle ne puisse stagner sur le fond (7). Afin que l'eau de refroidissement s'écoule complètement, le fond (7) comporte sur le côté qui fait face à la surface d'appui (4), sur une surface d'écoulement (8) en forme de toit, avec une déclivité en direction d'une arête d'écoulement (9). Une fois parvenue sur la surface d'appui (4), l'eau de refroidissement s'en écoule. L'eau passe ensuite le long d'une paroi latérale (10) et s'en écoule en dégouttant. L'eau de refroidissement qui dégoutte est recueillie dans un canal collecteur (14) et est évacuée.
