Solche Vorrichtungen sind verschiedene bekannt, so z.B. aus PCT/CH91/00 247 und aus EP 452 821 AI. Bei der erstgenannten ist der, bzw. sind die Kraftmesser zur Ermittlung von Brutto- und Taragewicht des zu entleeren¬ den - oder zu füllenden - Behälters im Hubarm oder den Hubarmen der Kippvorrichtung integriert. Ferner ist in die Wägevorrichtung die Ge¬ wichtsermittlung einer Vergleichsmasse eingebaut, so dass einerseits die mögliche Schiefstellung der Vorrichtung des Fahrzeuges, an welchem die Vorrichtung angebaut ist, berücksichtigt und rechnerisch ausgeglichen werden kann, dass anderseits die Wägung während des Hubvorganges durch- geführt werden kann. Schiefstellung der Wägevorrichtung bzw. des Behäl¬ ters und beschleunigte Bewegungen können dann ebenfalls rechnerisch aus¬ geglichen werden. Die Vorrichtung hat allerdings den Nachteil, dass sie nur für Behälter in Betracht kommt, die für den Entleerungsvorgang kei¬ ner besonderen Verriegelung bedürfen. Die Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, die geschilderten Nachteile zu beheben und ein alltagstaugliches Müllwägesystem zu schaffen. Die Lösung der gestellten Aufgabe ist gegeben durch den kennzeichnenden Teil des Patentanspruches 1 hinsichtlich des Kerns des Erfindungsgedan¬ kens, in den Patentansprüchen 2 bis 7 hinsichtlich weiterer Ausgestal- tungen. Anhand der Zeichnung wird der Erfindungsgedanke näher erläutert. Die Wä- gung kann also in einem weiten Bereich der Verschwenkung des Schwenkar¬ mes 2 vorgenommen werden; ebenfalls werden positive und negative Be¬ schleunigungen durch die Vergleichsmasse kompensiert. Eine solche Wäge¬ vorrichtung 6 ist beispielsweise aus der bereits genannten PCT/CH91/00 247 bekannt. Der in Fig. 1 dargestellte Schwenkarm 2 ist jedoch lediglich im Sinne eines Beispiels zu verstehen. Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung ist grundsätzlich an jede Hub-Schwenk-Kipp-Vorrichtung anbaubar. Es ist Stand der Technik, die Wägevorrichtung 6 mit einer beispielsweise im Fahrerhaus befindlichen Auswerteelektroni zu verbinden. Diese ist - ebenfalls dem Stande der Technik entsprechend - so ausgerüstet, dass die gewogenen Gewichte mit den durch die Ablesevorrichtung 13 festgestellten Identifikationsmerkmalen zusammen registriert werden. Am Wägerahmen 7 sind der Anschlag 10 und der Abhebe¬ kamm 9 über die Streben 14 und, zwischen diesen, die Ablesevorrichtung 13 befestigt. Die Verriegelungsvorrichtung 12 besteht hier aus einem Hy¬ draulikzylinder 18, der auf einen Arm eines Winkelhebels 19 einwirkt. Ein zweites Ausführungsbeispiel einer Hubvorrichtung 5, zusammen mit ei¬ nem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel einer Verriegelungsvorrichtung 12 zeigt Fig. 3. Am Schwenkarm 2 greift ein Hydraulikzylinder 20 an, der einen in Führungsschienen 21 laufenden Hubwagen 22 bewegt. Dieser trägt die Wäge- Vorrichtung 6, die vom Wägerahmen 7 belastet wird. Die Haltekante 11 sitzt auf einer Längsführung 23, die beispielsweise im Inneren des Wäge¬ rahmens 7 verläuft. Die Arbeitsrichtung der Längsführung 23 liegt - im Beladezustand des Wägerahmens 7 - in der Vertikalrichtung. Die Haltekan¬ te 11 weist eine Auskragung 24 auf, an welcher ein in der Richtung der Längsführung arbeitender Hydraulikzylinder 25 ansetzt. Das andere Ende des Hydraulikzylinders 25 wirkt auf eine Auskragung 26 am Wägerahmen.A second exemplary embodiment of a lifting device 5, together with a second exemplary embodiment of a locking device 12, is shown in FIG. 3. Am Schwenkarm 2 greift ein Hydraulikzylinder 20 an, der einen in Führungsschienen 21 laufenden Hubwagen 22 bewegt. Dieser trägt die Wäge¬ vorrichtung 6, die vom Wägerahmen 7 belastet wird. Die Haltekante 11 sitzt auf einer Längsführung 23, die beispielsweise im Inneren des Wäge¬ rahmens 7 verläuft, die Haltekante 11 weist eine Auskragung 24 auf, an welcher ein in Richtung der Längsführung 23 arbeitender Hydraulikzylin¬ der 25 ansetzt. Das andere Ende des Hydraulikzylinders 25 wirkt auf eine Auskragung 26 am Wägerahmen.A second exemplary embodiment of a lifting device 5, together with a second exemplary embodiment of a locking device 12, is shown in FIG. 3. Ein drittes Ausführungsbeispiel einer Verriegelungsvorrichtung 12 ist in Fig. 4 dargestellt. Die Haltekante 11 sitzt auf einem Winkelhebel 27, der um eine Achse 28 am Wägerahmen 7 schwenkbar ist. Der Winkelhebel 27 wird betätigt von einem Kniehebelverschluss, bestehend aus einem unteren Hebel 29 und einem oberen Hebel 30. An der hier nur schematisch darge¬ stellten Hubvorrichtung 5 ist eine drehbare Rolle 31 befestigt. Wird nun der Wägerahmen 7 von der riubvorrichtung 5 mitsamt der eingehängten Müll- tonne 8 gehoben, so wird der obere Hebel 30 der Rolle 31 entlang bewegt. Diese drückt den oberen Hebel 30 nach links bis über den toten Punkt. Der obere Hebel 30 ist am Wägerahmen 7 mit einer Achse 35, der untere mit einer Achse 36 angelenkt; die beiden Hebel 29, 30 sind durch eine gemeinsame Achse 34 verbunden. Eine Zugfeder 32, welche an einem Punkt 33 am Wägerahmen 7 angreift, übt einen Zug aus auf die Achse 34. Sobald die Rolle 31 den oberen Hebel 30 soweit hineingedrückt hat, dass die Achse 34 von der Zugfeder 32 gegen den Wägerahmen 7 hin gezogen wird, so schnappt der Kniehebelverschluss selbständig zu, wird durch die Zugfeder 32 in dieser Stellung gehalten und legt die Rolle 31 damit frei: Der Kraftfluss vom Wägerahmen 7 zur Hubvorrichtung 5 ist unterbrochen. Ge¬ öffnet wird der Kniehebelverschluss durch das Senken der Mülltonne 8 durch die Hubvorrichtung 5: Dann fährt die Rolle 31 an einen Fortsatz 37 des oberen Hebels 30. Dies bewirkt ein Drehmoment auf den oberen Hebel 30, welcher jenem beim Schliessen des Kniehebelverschlusses entgegenge- setzt ist.A third exemplary embodiment of a locking device 12 is shown in FIG. 4. The angle lever 27 is actuated by a toggle lever lock, consisting of a lower lever 29 and an upper lever 30. If the weighing frame 7 is now lifted by the rubbing device 5 together with the suspended waste bin 8, the upper lever 30 is moved along the roller 31. This pushes the upper lever 30 to the left up to the dead point. The upper lever 30 is articulated on the weighing frame 7 with an axis 35, the lower one with an axis 36; the two levers 29, 30 are connected by a common axis 34. A tension spring 32, which acts on the weighing frame 7 at a point 33, exerts a pull on the axis 34. As soon as the roller 31 has pushed the upper lever 30 in so far that the axis 34 is pulled against the weighing frame 7 by the tension spring 32 , the toggle lock snaps shut automatically, is held in this position by the tension spring 32 and thus exposes the roller 31: the flow of force from the weighing frame 7 to the lifting device 5 is interrupted. The toggle lever lock is opened by lowering the garbage can 8 by the lifting device 5: Then the roller 31 moves to an extension 37 of the upper lever 30. This causes a torque on the upper lever 30, which opposes that when the toggle lever lock is closed is.
Im Ausführungsbeispiel der Verriegelungsvorrichtung 12 gemäss Fig. 5 wird die Haltekante von einem weiteren, hier mit der Ziffer 38 bezeich¬ neten Winkelhebel getragen, welcher wiederum um die am Wägerahmen 7 be¬ findliche Achse 28 schwenkt. Eine Zugfeder 41 zieht am unteren Schenkel des Winkelhebels 38 und drückt eine am oberen Schenkel befindliche Rolle 39 gegen eine - ebenfalls am Wägerahmen 7 drehbar befestigte - Nocken¬ scheibe 40. Beim Anheben des Wägerahmens 7 durch die Hubvorrichtung 5 wird die Nockenscheibe 40 an einem an der Hubvorrichtung 5 befestigten Schaltnocken 42 vorbeibewegt und dadurch um etwa eine Vierteldrehung ge- dreht. Die Nockenscheibe 40 drückt daher die Rolle 39 und damit den Win¬ kelhebel 38 gegen den Widerstand der Zugfeder 41 gegen links, wodurch die Haltekante 11 gegen den Rand der Mülltonne 8 gepresst wird. Ein letztes Ausführungsbeispiel für eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung zeigt Fig. 6. Wiederum sitzt die Haltekante 11 auf einem Winkelhebel 43, wel- eher durch eine Zugfeder 47 gegen den Abhebekamm 9 und damit gegen den Rand der Mülltonne 8 gezogen wird. Auch in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel dreht der Winkelhebel 43 um die am Wägerahmen 7 befindliche Achse 28. Der untere Schenkel des Winkelhebels 43 trägt eine drehbare Rolle 44, die, wenn der Wägerahmen abgesenkt wird, an einer an der Hubvorrichtung 5 befestigten Kulisse 45 auffährt und von ihr nach links gelenkt wird. Dadurch wird die Haltekante 11 vom Abhebekamm 9 bzw. dem Rand der Müll¬ tonne 8 abgehoben und diese freigegeben.
