Abstract

Stimulateur transmettant des impulsions de stimulation au coussinet graisseux du n÷ud sino-auriculaire, en réponse à une fréquence cardiaque dépassant un niveau prédéterminé, afin de réduire la fréquence ventriculaire. Le dispositif comprend également un stimulateur cardiaque permettant de stimuler le ventricule dans l'éventualité où les impulsions de stimulation réduiraient la fréquence cardiaque en-deçà d'une valeur prédéterminée.
