Abstract

Un outil pneumatique comprend un corps (1) monté dans une enveloppe (2) et portant, sur une de ses extrémités, un percuteur (6) sollicité par un ressort, en interaction avec l'objet à traiter et avec un piston (13). Le piston est situé dans la chambre de travail (12) du corps (1) et il la divise en deux chambres (14, 15) reliées en alternance à l'atmosphère et au conduit pneumatique (16). Sur la face terminale de l'enveloppe (2) dotée d'une poignée (36) est fixé un amortisseur (32) pneumatique dans lequel est située une soupape de démarrage (20). La soupape (20) présente un canal (40) ménagé dans la paroi d'un cylindre pneumatique (33). La surface latérale du plongeur (34) de l'amortisseur (32) pneumatique fait office de porte de fermeture de la soupape et elle est dotée, à proximité immédiate du canal (40), d'une cavité (42) reliée à un distributeur pneumatique (21) et au canal (40) lorsque l'on tourne la poignée (36) vers le percuteur (6).
