Cuvette de W.C. autonettoyante destinée plus particulièrement à des lieux publics, comprenant un abattant (33) qui peut passer d'une position relevée dans laquelle on peut utiliser la cuvette à une position abaissée dans laquelle se fait le nettoyage du bord (30) supérieur de la cuvette, ledit abattant (33) comprenant une cavité interne (12) qui communique sur un côté avec un réservoir (2) de chasse d'eau, au moyen d'un tuyau articulé (32) et d'un tuyau (10) de raccordement, et qui communique sur l'autre côté avec ledit bord (30) au moyen de plusieurs orifices (13); un système (29) étant prévu pour retenir l'abattant (3) en position abaissée pendant le nettoyage et pour le libérer lorsque le nettoyage est terminé.
