Further, a plurality of fixing rings for adjusting the towing angle may be provided on the frame body of the support stand.
- the leg holding portion when the leg holding portion is inserted and arranged at the rear of the knee of the patient in a supine position and the traction device is pulled up diagonally upward, the knee is bent, and the waist is lifted by further pulling the diaper up. It is ready for replacement.
- the patient's waist can be easily and easily applied with little force. Can be made to float.
- the appropriate towing direction depends on the size of the patient, but if the frame body is provided with a plurality of upper and lower fixing rings for towing ⁇ angle adjustment, by appropriately selecting the ring through which the towing device passes, A single assistive device will be able to handle a variety of patients with different body types.
- the second invention of the diaper changing assisting device includes a leg holding portion arranged at a rear portion of a patient's knee in a supine position, a traction device attached to the leg holding portion to lift a leg obliquely upward, and a structure such as a pillar. And a support member attached to the support member for supporting the towing tool in a towing state.
- the leg holding portion when the leg holding portion is inserted and arranged at the rear of the knee of the patient lying on the back and the traction device is pulled up diagonally upward, the knee is bent, and the waist is lifted by further pulling up, and the diaper It is ready for replacement.
- a support to a structure such as a pillar in a house, and supporting the support device in a towed state with this support, even a patient lying on a tatami mat can be easily reduced alone The patient's waist can be held up by force.

- FIG. 6 is a schematic front view for explaining how to use the diaper changing aid shown in FIG.
- reference numeral 1 denotes a leg holding portion which is arranged at a rear portion of a patient's knee in a supine position.
- the leg holding portion has an elasticity around a round bar 1a so that the patient does not hurt when towed.
- Seta ol 1b is wound.
- a bolt 1c is attached to each end of the log bar 1a, and a ring-shaped attachment rope 1d is attached to the bolt 1c.
- Reference numeral 52 denotes a towing device, which is provided at the tip of the rope 2a with a hook 2b for attaching to the above-mentioned attaching rope 1d.
- Reference numeral 3 denotes a support stand for supporting the towing device 2 in a towed state.
- the support stand is provided with a portal-shaped frame 4 formed of stainless steel pipes.
- a semicircular hook 5 for attachment is attached.
- the hook 5 provided at the lower stage is attached to the frame 4 by a sliding tube 5a.
- the height of the hook 5 can be adjusted by moving the sliding tube 5a up and down. You.
- projections 66 On the outer sides of both legs of the frame 4 are formed projections 66 as locking means for the ends of the ropes 2a. 7 is a pulley to change the direction of the tow ⁇ downward.
- the patient's legs and waist are lifted up, and the end of the tow rope 2a is hooked onto the protrusion 6 of the support stand 3 at a predetermined height (approx. About 10 cm in waist) so that the patient can be lifted. Fix by the knot.
- the patient can be held in a state in which the patient's waist is lifted, and diapers can be replaced or predetermined treatment can be performed.
- the diaper change auxiliary tool of this invention since a large force is not required, the diaper change operation which reduced the labor of a caregiver drastically can be performed. Also, since the device itself is very simple, it can be provided at a low cost. Furthermore, the present invention enables diaper changing in a state of lying on the back rather than in the conventional manner, greatly reducing the pain of the patient itself, and accompanying the flexion and extension of the knee, the movement function of the patient's leg and hips. It is also useful for recovery.
- the frame body is provided with a plurality of fixing rings for adjusting the towing angle at the top and bottom, so that an appropriate towing direction can be selected. It can respond to patients who are not.
- FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a diaper changing auxiliary tool according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
- the basic configuration is substantially the same as that of FIG. 1, and those corresponding to FIG.
- the lower semicircular hook 5 is attached in a direction opposite to the state shown in FIG. 1.
- the diaper changing aid can be attached with the diaper changing aid sandwiched between the bed frames, and can be securely attached without rattling. Further, without being limited to the pipe-shaped frame, it can be attached to, for example, a plate material, so that the bed can be attached to the entire circumference.
- this diaper changing aid can be used in the same manner as in the first embodiment shown in FIG. 4.
- Reference numeral 21 denotes a leg holding portion arranged at the rear of the knee of the patient in a supine position, and a towel 2 1 b provided with elasticity so that the patient does not hurt when towed around the log bar 21 a. I'm rolling.
- a bolt 21c is attached to each end of the log stick 21a, and a ring-shaped attachment rope 21d is attached to the bolt 21c.
- Reference numeral 22 denotes a towing device, which is provided with a hook 22b for attaching to the attachment rope 21d at the tip of the rope 22a. .
- Reference numeral 23 denotes a support that is attached to a structure such as a pillar or a chair and supports the towing device 22 in a towing state, and includes a stainless steel frame body 24 having screw holes 24 a formed therein.
- the upper part of the frame body 24 is provided with pulleys 25 for changing the traction direction downward, and the lower part of the pulleys 25 is provided with fixing rings 26 for adjusting the traction angle provided in three upper and lower stages.
- the lower part of the frame body 24 is Protrusions 27 are provided.
- Reference numeral 28 denotes a fastener for fixing the frame body 24 having a screw hole. '
- the support 23 is attached to the column A, and the knee is slightly raised while lying on the back so as not to apply excessive pressure to the patient. Then, the leg holding part 21 is inserted into the rear part of the patient's knee, the attachment rope 21 d is turned so as to wrap both legs, and the hook 22 b at the tip of the towing rope 22 a is hooked.
- the patient can be held in a state where the patient's waist is lifted, and the diaper can be replaced or a predetermined treatment can be performed.
- the diaper changing assisting device of the present invention since a large force is not required, the diaper changing operation can be performed with greatly reduced caregiver's labor. Also, since the device itself is very simple, it can be provided at a low cost. Especially not only beds, but tatami mats It can also be used for patients laid on top.
- a support that is used by attaching to a structure such as a pillar, it can be used not only for a bed but also for a patient lying on a tatami mat.
- the present invention enables the diaper to be changed in a state of lying on the back rather than in the conventional manner, greatly reducing the pain of the patient itself, and having the knee's flexion and extension movements, thereby enabling the patient's leg and hip motor function. Abstract
