Abstract
The pen according to the present invention comprises an anatomic body (1) of prismatic shape, with concavities (2, 3, 4) in the three grasping surfaces for the fingers and with a front conical structure (5) for the outlet of the inclined point (P), and a closing cap (7) shaped for receiving said inclined point, provided with a clip (8) and a key unscrewing means for the end closing cap (6) for the replacing of the refill.
Description
"A- WRITING PEN WITH AN INCLINED POINT WITH A CLIP CAP THAT MAY BE USED ALSO LIKE A DISASSEMBLING MEANS FOR REPLACING THE REFILL"
The present invention concerns a writing pen with a point inclined with respect to the longitudinal axis provided with a cap shaped for a clip suspension and comprising, incorporated in said cap, a means for disas¬ sembling for the replacing of the refill.
It is already well known that when writing with the con¬ ventional pens that don't have an inclined pen - like roller pens, fiber pens and rollers, the hand assumes a particolar position due to which the hand tends to stif¬
15 fens .
It one person must write much, the three fingers holding the pens slide always more to the bottom of the pen, to¬ wards the point, and in any case to hold it faster.
20
For obtaining a better writing, the person is forced to hold the pen in vertical position. The best use is ob¬ tained with the vertical position, which determines a certain fatigue that will be even more increasing.
-15
It is one aim of the present invention to realize a pen having different shapes and eventually different anato¬ mic shapes, provided with a point inclined with respect
— £ —
to the its longitudinal axis, so as to allow, m writing position, to keep the point always m an position appro¬ ximated vertical to the sheet ol paper.
Further aims of the present invention are those of giv- mg the possibility of putting the pen according to the present invention into a pocket or similar, whereby said inclined point does not cause any mconveniente, as well as the one of performing a quick and functional mounting and disassembling of the various elements, for the re- placing of the internal refill.
The aims set forth are obtained by means of a wriging pen according to the present invention, comprising an a- natomic body provided with a plurality of cavities for the resting of the fingers during writing, and a front conical structure inclined to the longitudinal axis and provided with holes for the passage and outlet of the roller or fiber end of the internal refill.
A shaped cap provided with a clip allows the application to a pocket, whereby the inclined point does not cause any disadvantage; a shaped, passing opening provided in said cap has the function of an unscewmg key of the end cap of the pen's body for the replacing of the refill.
The mam advantage of the object according to the pre-
sent invention consists in the considerable reduction of the effort performed while writing with respect to the conventional roller or fiber pens.
This is due to the possibility of placing the hand hold¬ ing the pen in the most comfortable position; the pen is resting in the cavity of the hand, between the thumb and the index, and therefore a very light pressure of the index is sufficient for obtaining a precise and uniform
10 writing without any smudge, as the pen writes in a posi¬ tion nearly vertical to the sheet of paper.
A further advantage consists in that the structure of the cap with the position of the clip, allows to apply ■ 5 the pen to a pocket, like any conventional pen, even if there is a point inclined with respect to the longitudi¬ nal axis thereof .
The passing, shaped opening obtained in the structure of 0 the cap allows to unscrew the screw end for replacing the internal refill.
The present invention will be described more in detail hereinbelow according to the enclosed drawings, in which
-5 a preferred embodiment is shown.
Figure 1 shows a lateral view in transparency of the pen
according to the present invention, with all components .
Figure 2 shows a perspective view of the pen and the cap according to the present invention.
Figure 3 shows, in detail, a section of the front part of the pen.
Figure 4 shows, m detail, the function uf unscrewing key for the replacing of the refill.
The figures show a writing pen with an inclined point and a clip cap, having also the function of disassembl- ing means for the replacing of the internal refill, com¬ prising :
- a hollow body having an anatomic structure 1, of pri¬ smatic shape and triangular section, with cavities 2, 3 and 4 in the three grasping surfaces for the fingers; in detail, the cavity 2, provided for the resting and the blocking of the finger upperly placed while writing, al¬ lows a light pressure to obtain a precise and uniform writing to the the inclined point P;
- a conical front structure 5 for the outlet of the m- clined pen P through a hole forming an angle ° with re¬ spect to the longitudinal axis A of the body I;
- an end closing screw or joint or similar cap 6, that
may be removed with the key incorporated in cap 7;
- a cap 7 shaped so as to receive the inclined point P projecting from the front conical structure 5. provided with clip δ parallel to body 1 so as to determine the stπction of the pocket;
- a shaped opening 9 provided at the base of clip 8, di¬ mensioned for the insertion of cap 6 having identical shape so as to allow the key unscrewing for the replac¬ ing of the internal refill R,
Relating to. the details of figure 3, cap 7 is inserted under pressure on body 1 and the keeping is determined by the friction on the internal walls by the two projec¬ tions 11 consisting of two balls with an internal expan¬ sion spring 10.
