L'élément supplémentaire est monté sur la clé de manière à pouvoir effectuer une rotation angulaire dans le logement où toutes les parties saillantes codantes (6) sont placées dans un plan, et il présente une section transversale corrspondant à celle de l'ouverture de l'âme (2).
