Abstract

A process for extracting plant fibers by separating fibers from raw leaves of a plant, wherein the mesophyll can be removed without destroying the texture of the raw leaves and damaging the fibers by streaking the epidermis of the collected raw leaves and combing the leaves thus treated to thereby scratch off the mesophyll.
