Definitions
- the invention relates to a folding blind in which the folding lamella, the upper edge of which is connected to a support bar movable in the closing and opening direction, and the supporting bar and the folding lamellae arranged at a distance from the respective lateral boundary edge of the shading field formed by the folding lamellae , for carrying strings passed through it and clamped in a frame encompassing the shading field for surface stabilization of the folding slats.
- folding blinds of this type creates difficulties when the shading fields to be bound by the folding blinds are intended for frames in which the frame strips run at an acute or obtuse angle to one another, as is the case in modern buildings, e.g. is often the case with glazed conservatories etc. These difficulties arise from the constructive constraint that the strings fixed in the frame must run with their tensioning direction in the direction of the opening and closing movement, because the support strip of the folding slats and the folding slats themselves their perforations are positively guided by the supporting strings.
- the invention is based on the object of improving the generic folding blinds in such a way that the formation of shading fields is also made possible, the boundary edges of which do not run at right angles but also at an angle to one another.
- This object is achieved in that, in the case of an inclined course, at least one of the boundary edges of the shading field to another, the correspondingly inclined string associated with the inclined boundary edge, as a tension string on the one hand with the supporting strip and on the other hand with a fixed in the frame arranged roll tensioning device is connected.
- the support bars according to the invention can protrude on one side into the upper boundary edge of the shading area, and the inclined ones with a roll tensioning device ⁇ tension strings connected to the cantilever end of the support bar.
- Fig. 1 is a folding blind with a rectangular shading field
- Fig. 2 is a pleated blind with a shading field in the form of an isosceles triangle
- FIG. 3 shows a folding blind with a shading field in the form of a right-angled triangle standing on a rectangle; all representations schematically.
- Fig. 1 shows a frame that requires a shading field in the form of a right triangle.
- a reversible belt drive formed from the motor 4, drive pulley 5, deflection pulley 6 and toothed belt 7 is arranged in the dash-dotted frame bar 1 with a U-profile (not shown).
- the support strip 8, which projects into the shading field, the boundary edges of which are formed by frame strips 1, 2 and 3, is firmly connected to the toothed belt 7.
- the uppermost folding lamella 9a of the folding lamellae 9 of the folding blind is fixed in place under the support strip 8.
- the support strip 8 and all the folding slats 9 have perforations 1+ arranged vertically one above the other, through which a support string 11, which runs parallel to the frame strip 1, is guided and is firmly clamped at the top and bottom of the frame.
- a roll tensioning device 12 is arranged in a stationary manner below the end of the adjoining frame bar 3, and the tensioning string 13 connected to this is guided through further perforations 14 in the folding slats 9, which, offset from one another, lie on a line which runs parallel to the inclined boundary edge formed by the frame strip 3.
- the end of this tension string 13 is fixedly connected to the projecting end 8a of the support bar 8.
- the support strip 8 driven by the toothed belt 7 in the direction of arrow S, takes the folding slats 9 of the folding blind, guided in the supporting string 11 and supported by the tensioning string 13, with the roll tensioning device 12 exercises the return.
- this roll tensioning device 12 maintains the train and thus also the load-bearing guide of the folding slats 9.
- the shading field formed by the folding blind according to FIG. 2 in the form of an isosceles triangle requires a support strip 18, the dimensions of which correspond approximately to the cutting length which results when the tip of the isosceles triangle is cut off.
- the support strip 18 is connected in the center on its underside to an end 22b of a drive side 22 which is bent at right angles in the direction of the bisector through the center of the shading area to its base line and from there through a pipe guide 23 to one of the lower triangular corners , there again bent in the direction of the triangle leg, guided up to a deflection roller 24 at the triangle tip and guided around it, attached to the top of the support strip 18.
- the drive string 22 is linked to the toothed belt 7 of a belt drive 4, 5, 6, 7 arranged along the one triangular leg and transporting it parallel in the direction thereof in accordance with the design according to FIG. 1, and the support strip 18 at both ends 18a and 18b each connected to the tension strings 25, 26 of roll tensioning devices 27, 28 arranged in the region of the two lower triangular corners. Between each of the two frame strips 1 and 2 and the frame strip 3 are parallel strings 21a, 21b stretched parallel to the bisector.
- the toothed belt 7 moves in the direction of arrow S, the support strip 18 is moved downward from the drawn closed position of the folding blind via the driving strings 22, and this laterally from the tension straps 25, 26 and the strings 21a, 21b which are under tension area stabilized.
- the closing movement is initiated and ended by reversing the drive direction of the toothed belt 7.
- the other end of the lifting bar 38 is slidably guided on the other side of the rectangle and connected to a recirculating drive string 40, which is guided with guide rollers around the entire circumference of the shading field and which is located on the circumferential end of the belt drive 34, 35, 36, opposite the driving element 39. 37 is located.
- the tension string 13 fastened to the cantilever end 8a of the support bar 8 runs from there parallel to the hypotenuse side of the triangle and is at its lower end, in the area of the transition to the adjoining rectangle side, via a deflection piece 41 on the lifting bar 38 to the lower rectangle corner and around this led around to the roll tensioning device 12.
- the toothed belt 37 moves the support strip 8 with the folding slats 9 located underneath, as in the embodiment according to FIG. 1, downward in the direction of the arrow S, and the tensioning string 13 follows this movement accordingly under train.
- the driver element 39 acts on one end of the lifting bar 38 in the lowering direction, while the recirculating drive string 40 also moves the other end downward.
- Carrier bar 8 and lifting bar 38 thus jointly reach their lower end position, in which the folding blind is fully open.
- the closing process is analogous, vice versa, i.e. the support bar 8 is moved upwards by the toothed belt 37 and at the same time the lifting bar 38 is lifted by the driving element 39 of the toothed belt 37 and by the circulation drive string 40 until the respective upper end position is reached.
