Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a dosing device for a high-pressure cleaner and of the type described in the in ⁇ troductory part of claim 1.
  • High-pressure cleaners are gradually used for many diffe ⁇ rent purposes, where it is required to be able to mix dif ⁇ ferent additives, that is cleaning agents, into the liquid strea .
  • the most known high-pressure cleaners are working with an approximately constant liquid stream produced by a pump with several pistons, that is three pistons driven by a re ⁇ volving inclined disc which again is driven with constant speed of rotation by an electric motor.
  • the capacity of the high-pressure cleaner is adjusted by a so-called bypass, so that some of the liquid stream may be lead back to the suc ⁇ tion side of the pump. Therefore known dosing devices are working after the injector principle, where a so-called Venturi nozzle is used, that means that the dose of additi ⁇ ves is determined by the actual flow speed of the liquid stream.
