Abstract

Verfahren zur Umwandlung von Wärme in Kraft nach dem Stirling-Prinzip mit innerer Verbrennung. Ein Abgas-Luftgemisch durchläuft eien Kreisprozess. Bei jedem Umlauf wird an der energetisch tiefsten Stelle ein gewisser Bruchteil Abgas entfernt und durch Frischluft ersetzt. Eine integrierte Gegenstromkühlung (6) mit nachfolgender sanfter Kompression, mit geringem Unterschied zwischen Isotherme und Adiabate, vermeidet die Nachteile einer reinen Isotherme. Die Ventile (11, 12) sind auf der kalten Seite, die Verbrennung erfolgt in einem heissen, keramischen Brennraum. Durch die Lage und Art des Kreisprozesses wird ein Minimum an NOx erzeugt bei höchstmöglichem thermodynamischem Gefälle.
