Stand der TechnikState of the art
Die Erfindung geht aus von einem elektrischen Gerät nach der Gattung des Hauptanspruchs. Bei derartigen bekannten Geräten sind stark erwärmende Leistungsbauelemente auf Kühlelementen untergebracht, die auf oder an der Leiterplatte oder dem Gehäuse befestigt sind. Diese Kühlelemente bestehen aus speziellen Kühlprofilen, durch die Leistungsbauelemente mit Abstand zur Leiterplatte bzw. von diesen abstehend angeordnet sind. Derartige Kühlelemente haben den Nach¬ teil, daß sie aus kompliziert aufgebauten Profilen bestehen und die Bestückung nur schwer automatisiert werden kann. Darüber hinaus schränkt diese Anordnung der Leistungsbauelemente die vorhandene Leiterplattenfläche stark ein. Durch die Gestaltung der Kühlelemente und die Anbringung der Leistungsbauelemente müssen solche Geräte groß dimensioniert werden und nehmen erheblichen Einbauraum in Anspruch.The invention relates to an electrical device according to the preamble of the main claim. In Figur 1 ist mit 10 eine rechteckige Platte aus gut wärmeleitendem Material bezeichnet, z. B. Aluminium. Auf deren Unterseite ist eine bedruckte Leiterfolie 11 auflaminiert, deren Fläche kleiner als die der Platte 10 ist, so daß die Ränder der Platte frei bleiben. Die Leiterfolie 11 trägt eine elektronische Schaltung, von der nur einige Bauteile dargestellt sind, z. B. mehrere elektronische Bau¬ teile 13 in SMD-Bauweise, die aufgeklebt und durch Reflow-Löten elektrisch leitend mit der Folie 11 verbunden sind.In Figure 1, 10 denotes a rectangular plate made of a good heat-conducting material, for. Von den Anschlußkontakten 19 führen An¬ schlußdrähte 21 zur Leiterfolie 11, die durch eine längliche Öffnung 22 in der Platte 10 ragen und die Leiterfolie ebenfalls durch vor¬ gesehene Lötöffnungen durchdringen. Die Anschlußleiste 17 ist mit Hilfe einer Dichtung 23 gegen Schmutz und Feuchtigkeit geschützt so auf der Platte 10 befestigt, daß die Öffnung 22 nach oben durch die Steckerleiste 17 verschlossen ist. Die elektrisch leitende Ver¬ bindung zwischen Leiterfolie 11 und den Anschlußdrähten 21, 15 der Steckerleiste 17 und der Leistungsbauelemente 14 ist durch Tiegel-Löten erstellt.A connector strip 17 is fastened to an end face of the plate 10 on its upper side.
