Abstract

Disclosed are dispersions of partial fatty-acid glycerides containing: (A) 10-45 % by wt. of a partial fatty-acid glyceride, (B) 0.1-5 % by wt. of one or more non-ionic emulsifying agents with an HLB value of 12-19.8, (C) 40-89.7 % by wt. of water, and also containing: (D) 0.1-5 % by wt. of one or more water-insoluble oils and/or (E) 0.1-5 % by wt. of one or more alkali-metal or alkaline-earth salts of a low molecular-weight acid. Such dispersions have good flow properties and a long shelf life.
