Abstract

Procédé de préparation d'une composition radiopharmaceutique thérapeutique stable composée d'un radionuclide alpha ou bêta-radiateur et d'un ligand, en lyophilisant une solution dudit complexe. Le radionuclide a de préférence une demi-vie d'au moins douze heures. L'invention concerne également des compositions radiopharmaceutiques lyophilisées stables préparées selon ce procédé. Elle convient particulièrement à la préparation d'anticorps marqués par radionuclides sous une forme stable, qui requiert simplement une reconstitution au moment de l'usage.
