Abstract

Un cachet de sécurité anti-spoliation comprend un élément stratifié composé d'une couche porteuse transparente (2); d'une couche optique définissant une image diffractée (3, 4); et d'une couche adhésive (6) destinée à faire adhérer la bande à un support. L'image optique, telle un hologramme, produite par la couche de définition d'une image optique (3, 4) est visible à l'extérieur de l'élément stratifié. La couche de définition de l'image diffractée optique (3) est composée d'une couche polymère fixée de manière permanente à la couche porteuse transparente (2) qui, lorsqu'elle est chauffée, produit un changement irréversible dans l'image diffractée. L'adhésif est un adhésif sensible à la pression. Une couche de support amovible additionnelle peut être ménagée sur la couche porteuse. L'élément stratifié est agencé de manière qu'une baisse de température jusqu'à moins de 0 °C produira un changement irréversible dans ladite image diffractée, ou est tel que, suite à une telle baisse de température, toute tentative d'enlever la bande du support produira un changement irréversible dans l'image diffractée.
