Abstract

On décrit un procédé et un appareil de distribution de produits capillaires en vrac. Selon ledit procédé on prévoit des sources de produits capillaires, et des sacs thermoplastiques souples (246, 248), munis de robinets à pression solidaires desdits sacs, les sacs étant remplis des produits en vrac. Les sacs ainsi chargés sont ensuite scellés hermétiquement par tout procédé connu. De cette manière, une gamme de produits capillaires, surtout ceux qui sont altérés par une exposition à l'atmosphère, peuvent être stockés et distribués dans des récipients qui peuvent être rescellés. Les sacs sont disposés de manière pratique dans un carton spécialement conçu réalisé à partir d'une ébauche (10). Ledit carton comprend une boîte rectangulaire munie d'une cloison (172) et des zones perforées (110) adaptées pour recevoir les becs de distribution des sacs ainsi scellés. Le carton offre en plus une zone de stockage (240) à l'intérieur du carton pour abriter les récipients rescellables, les gants et tous autres articles nécessaires.
