Abstract
Description
GESCHICKLICHKEITSSPIELZEUG SKILL TOYS
The present invention relates to a skill toy with a chance to win, consisting of a receiving body with at least one rolling toy body accommodated therein in a closed path. A skill toy is available on the market, which is in the form of a wooden block, in which a complex closed path is let in, and in which a ball is obtained by corresponding movement of the receiving body. The track represents a labyrinth, which is not visible to the player. The solution of the game is purely empirical or eratic possible. The winning option is that the ball can be removed from the track with appropriate skill. For players who want to work with the intellect, such toys are unsatisfactory.
The object of the present invention is therefore to create a skill toy in which the solution can only be recognized by deliberation. At the same time The play stimulus is to be increased by a thread being removed from the receiving body when the solution is correct.
This problem is solved by a skill toy of the type mentioned at the outset, in which there is a second, closed path in the transparent receiving body, which runs in the same plane as the first path and crosses it, the central axis of the second path forming a center of gravity of the receiving body, and that In the second lane a sliding winning element can be introduced and removed therefrom, the game bodies acting as a barrier for removing the winning element.
Es zeigt: In the drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are illustrated and explained using the following description. It shows:
Figur 1 ein Geschicklichkeitsspielzeug gemäss der Erfindung in der Aufsicht; Figure 1 is a skill toy according to the invention in supervision;
Figur 2 in Seitenansicht mit Blick auf die offene Bahn;Figure 2 in side view with a view of the open path;
Figur 3 einen Längsschnitt entlang der Linie A-A in Figur Figure 3 is a longitudinal section along the line A-A in Figure
1. 1.
Figure 4 shows a second embodiment of the skill toy with rotationally symmetrical shape; Figure 5 rotated the same toy according to Figure 4 by 90 °.
The skill toy according to the invention can have almost any shape on the outside. One of the few conditions attached to the outer shape is that the receiving body must be able to be rotated like a gyro around a line of gravity. In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1-3, the receiving body has the shape of a circular disk and in the example according to FIGS. 4 and 5 the receiving body is a type of double cone with rounded tips. The receiving body 1 is principally made of transparent plastic. This allows the player to see the effect of the movements he is making on the toy. In particular, he can see the movements of the winning element and the rolling game elements. With the knowledge he draws from it, he can solve the problem posed to him.
In the first embodiment variant, the receiving body 1 is a rondel, which consists of two disks 1 ′ and 1 ″ connected to one another. The two surfaces of the two disks 1 ′ and 1 ″ coming towards each other are identical in mirror image. When assembled, they are absolutely congruent. In particular, the recesses in the two panes are precisely aligned with each other. Inside the recording body can be seen in particular two intersecting tracks 2 and 4. The larger track 4 extends exactly radially outwards from the center of the nucleus. It thus forms a blind hole that extends from the center to the periphery and opens into a lateral orifice slot 5 in the side wall of the receiving body 1. This path 4, which is open on one side, serves to receive a profit element 6. In the present case, this profit element is a money coin. The web 4 is designed according to the size of the Gewi nnel ementes. In the center of the receiving body 1, that is, at the closed end of the second, one-sided open web 4, a trough 7 can be provided, which is slightly larger than the Gewi nnel enment 6, which is 4 in the open web.
Furthermore, a second closed track 2 can be seen, which contains several rolling game bodies 3. This closed path 2 runs exactly in the same plane as the previously described path 4. The closed path 2 is curved around the center of the receiving body in the described plane and is also symmetrical to the longitudinal axis AA of the previously described open path 4. In the closed Track several rolling game bodies 3 are included. In the present example, these are spheres. The diameter of the balls is bigger, than the height of the slot that the web 4 forms. This ensures that the game bodies 3 cannot fall out even in the crossing area of the two tracks 2 and 4. The length of the closed track 2 and the number of rolling game bodies 3 must be coordinated. For example, there may only be so many rolling play bodies that they completely release the crossing path 4 if they are located on both sides of this path 4 in the two end regions of the closed path 2. On the other hand, there must also be more rolling game bodies 3 than can be accommodated on one side outside the intersection area with the track 4 in the closed track 2 on one side.
The task facing the player is therefore to move the rolling game bodies 3 in the closed path 2 out of the area of intersection with the path 4 and to let the sliding thread 6 slide out of the one-way open path 4. So that the winning element 6 slides in the web 4 to the lateral mouth slot 5, the receiving body 1 must be held at an angle. However, the game bodies 3 roll in the closed path 2 into the crossing area with the path 4 open on one side and thus prevent the winning element 6 from sliding out. Since the sliding friction is always higher than the rolling friction, the game bodies 3 are always faster than the Ge winning element 6 in the intersection area. In order to achieve this with certainty, correspondingly aggravating conditions can be realized in lanes 2 and 4. The gain element 6 can thus lie in a slightly deeper depression 7, as can be seen particularly clearly in FIG. 3. In the closed track 2, a small threshold 9 can also be incorporated on each of the side walls, which apparently makes it more difficult for the game bodies 3 to roll out of the crossing area of the two tracks.
A variant is shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, which only differs considerably in its outer shape from the previously described variant. Here, too, however, there is a receiving body 1, which, however, is no longer disk-shaped, but rather represents a rotating body. The path 4, which is open on one side, opens exactly centrally into the lower tip. The closed path 2 crossing the path 4 has an approximately V-shaped shape. In such an embodiment, the track 2 can have a greater depth than that according to the example described above, and thus provide space for rolling game bodies 3 which have the shape of rolls. In this form, the whole can be designed as a key fob and provided with a corresponding attachment eye 8. Of course, the skill toy according to the invention can also be made from a non-transparent material, but a considerable part of the stimulus is lost.
The following condition must be met for the game to be solvable at all. The center line of the second, one-sided open path must also form a center of gravity of the receiving body. In the two examples shown, the central axis A-A is not only the center of gravity of the receiving body at the same time, but also an axis of symmetry at the same time.
