Abstract

Un raccord rapide permet de connecter des instruments chirurgicaux à des dispositifs de fixation, rallonges, etc. et de les en déconnecter sans nécessiter des manipulations compliquées. Le raccord rapide est constitué d'une broche insérable (1) comportant au moins un évidement (5) dans sa surface périphérique, un boîtier (8) avec une ouverture d'emboîtement (9) destinée à la broche insérable, un élément de verrouillage (16) qui est maintenu dans la paroi du boîtier de manière à pouvoir se déplacer radialement mais non axialement et qui est aligné avec l'évidement lors de l'insertion de la broche. Une coulisse (18) est montée sur le boîtier de manière à pouvoir coulisser entre deux positions terminales. Dans une première position terminale, la coulisse repose contre l'élément de verrouillage et le pousse vers l'intérieur au-delà de la paroi intérieure de l'ouverture d'emboîtement pour aboutir dans celle-ci, et dans une deuxième position terminale libère la voie pour l'élément de verrouillage de sorte que ce dernier est poussé radialement vers l'extérieur jusqu'à ce qu'il ne pénètre plus dans l'ouverture d'emboîtement.
