Abstract

Deux enzymes, le premier étant une acétylmorphine carboxyestérase (AMCE), le second une morphine déshydrogénase (MDH), ont été isolés à partir de bactéries. L'AMCE dégrade l'héroïne en morphine et le MDH oxyde la morphine en morphinone, avec l'aide d'un co-facteur. Ces réactions sont utilisées pour rechercher et détecter de l'héroïne (en employant les deux réactions couplées ensemble) ou de la morphine. A cet effet, les enzymes peuvent être introduits dans des capteurs.
