Abstract

Use of a potassic agonist to reduce and/or control abnormally high intraocular pressure. Cyano-6 (dihydro-1,2 oxo-2 pyridyl-1)-4 dimethyl-2,2 chromene is especially favoured. Said potassic agonist can be used, according to the invention, in combination with an adrenergic beta-blocking agent and/or with an anti-inflammatory agent.
