Zweikammerpatrone , zur Verfestigung von Gestein oder Kohle Two-chamber cartridge, for solidifying rock or coal
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zweikammerpatrone gemäß d-em Ober¬ begriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a two-chamber cartridge according to the generic concept of claim 1.
Solche Zweikammerpatronen sind aus der DE-PS 23 45 913 bekannt, bei der die Trennwand zwischen den Kammern aus einem wasser¬ dampfdichten Material, z. B. aus einer Polyvinylidenchlαrid- folie oder einer Verbundfolie besteht. Als Folienmaterial für die Verbundfolie wird mit Polyamid beschichtetes Polyethylen vorgeschlagen. Durch die Verwendung einer wasserdampf-dichten Verbundfolie wird die Wasserdampfdiffusion verringert und so¬ mit die Aushärtung des Isocyanats verhindert. Die Lagerfähig¬ keit von Zweikammerpatronen wird somit verbessert. In der DE- PS 23 45 913 wird ausgeführt, daß eine derartige Patrone nach 3 Monaten noch völlig unverändert war. Wird die Patrone je¬ doch noch länger gelagert, so zeigen sich nach 6 Monaten Ver¬ festigungserscheinungen.Such two-chamber cartridges are known from DE-PS 23 45 913, in which the partition between the chambers made of a water vapor-tight material, for. Weiterbildungen sind in den Unteransprüchen aufgeführt. Durch die Verwendung einer Verbundfolie aus Aluminium und Kunststoff wird die Lagerfähigkeit von Zweikammerpatronen deutlich verbessert, da die erfiπdungsgemäße Verbundfolie eine wesentlich verringerte Wasserdampfdurchlässigkeit auf¬ weist. Lagerversuche haben ergeben, daß nach bisher zwei Jahren keine Aushärtung innerhalb der Kammern erfolgt. Da die erfindungsgemäßen Zweikammerpatronen somit praktisch unbegrenzt lagerfähig sind, kann eine Anlage zur Herstel¬ lung derartiger Patronen kontinuierlich durcharbeiten. Ver¬ ringert sich die Nachfrage, lassen sich die Patronen lagern, ohne daß Härtungsreaktionen zu befürchten sind, die zu vor¬ zeitiger Verfestigung der Zweikammerfüllung führen.Further training is listed in the subclaims.
