Abstract

La centrifugeuse comporte un rotor (1) avec un axe de rotation vertical (O1-O1). Dans le rotor (1) est monté au moins un récipient (2) avec une cavité de séparation allongée (3), dont l'axe longitudinal (O2-O2) est incliné par rapport à l'axe de rotation (O1-O1) du rotor (1). Une partie (4) de la cavité de séparation (3), périphérique par rapport à l'axe de rotation (O1-O1) du rotor (1), est située au-dessus de sa partie (5) adjacente à l'axe de rotation (O1-O1) du rotor (1). Dans le récipient (2) est ménagée une chambre (7) pour recueillir les particules décantées, laquelle est située plus bas et plus loin que la partie périphérique (4) de la cavité de séparation (3) et est reliée à cette dernière.
