Abstract

Unité d'entraînement jetable stérilisable à câble pour pompe à sang intravasculaire, comprenant un rotor renfermé dans un boîtier étanche au fluide, que l'on peut glisseer dans le stator d'un moteur d'entraînement. On peut connecter l'unité à une alimentation de fluide de purge à vitesse constante ainsi qu'à une gaine de câble à double passage. Une ouverture crée un passage de fluide de purge stérile, l'autre porte le câble d'entraînement jusqu'à la pompe à sang et ménage un passage de retour pour un fluide de rinçage dans lequel le câble est noyé. L'unité de rinçage est dérivée de l'alimentation de fluide de purge à une vitesse constante, le rotor pouvant aussi y être noyé si désiré. L'unité est maintenue dans le moteur d'entraînement par un arrêt actionné manuellement, et l'action d'auto-centrage du rotor l'aligne avec le stator lorsque le moteur est alimenté. Le moteur est monté sur un cardan de manière à pouvoir être aligné avec la gaine du câble à son point d'intersection, dans le système vasculaire du patient, afin d'éviter les effets sur le patient et ainsi éviter les noeuds dans la gaine du câble.
