Abstract

Le procédé décrit sert à produire des condensateurs et notamment un condensateur du type comportant un boîtier en matériau plastique (4), qui contient le corps capacitif (7) en résine solidifiée (6), et comprenant un organe de fixation servant à fixer ledit condensateur à un support (4''') au niveau de la base et un organe de connexion servant à le connecter à une plaque à bornes à l'aide de languettes (10) au niveau de la partie supérieure. Dans ledit procédé, la liaison du corps capacitif par la résine est effectuée de façon séparée, ce qui permet de réaliser un préassemblage ayant un récipient interne constitué d'un matériau flexible, élastique et compressible en épaisseur (5); le boîtier contenant le corps capacitif est obtenu par soudage de deux demi-enveloppes de forme cylindrique (4), dont l'une devient le couvercle (4'') et l'autre la base (4'''), ce qui permet d'obtenir par soudage un organe de fermeture complet comportant ledit organe de fixation, qui permet de fixer ledit condensateur à un support (4''') au niveau de la base, et un organe assurant la fixation et formant une enveloppe (4'') au niveau de la partie supérieure des languettes (10) qui se fixent à la plaque à bornes correspondante, étant donné que les demi-enveloppes sont pourvues à l'intérieur de cannelures semi-circulaires correspondantes (4'); ledit condensateur comprend en outre un diaphragme à fonction anti-explosion (3) qui est enfermé et fixé à l'intérieur entre lesdites demi-enveloppes (4) au moyen desdites cannelures semi-circulaires (4'), ce qui permet d'obtenir d'une part une chambre antiexplosion, qui est fermée hermétiquement par pression interne (c) sur le côté intérieur du boîtier du corps capacitif lié par la résine et au-dessus de celui-ci, et d'autre part une chambre opposée sur l'autre côté, laquelle n'est pas fermée hermétiquement (c').
