Eine durch Ziehstanzen hergestellte Lochplatte 13 (Ring) aus Metall ist mit ihrem Innenbereich 14 durch Bördeln am Endabschnitt 11 unlösbar festgelegt und hat einen Kragen 15 und eine Axialschulter 16, die beide zur Welle 10 konzentrisch sind. Die Verbindung der Lochplatte 13 unter Zwischenlage des Radialflansches 20 vom Blendenrotor 13 mit dem Verteilerläufer 23 erfolgt durch eine Schraubanordnung, die drei Senkschrauben 26 aufweist, wobei deren Schraubenbolzen 27 durch eine Bohrung 29 hindurchführt und in der Gewindebuchse 25 einschraubbar ist und dabei der Senkkopf 28 (Kopf) sich an der Unterseite 18 der Lochplatte 13 abstützt. Gemäß Figur 2 hat das Loch 22 des Radialflansches 20 vom Blendenrotor 19 acht Aussparungen 31 , die zueinander gleiche Winkel aufweisen und deren Querschnitt rechteckförmig ist. Im Radialflansch 40 des Bleπdenrotors 39 sind mehrere Bohrungen 49 ausgespart, und im Ringflansch 40 des Verteilerläufers 33 sind mehrere Vertiefungen 45 jeweils derart angeordnet, daß der Querschnitt einer jeden Erhebung 47 mit dem Querschnitt sowohl des Durchbruchs 49 als auch der Vertiefung 45 korrespondiert und darüber hinaus jeweils eine Erhebung in einen Durchbruch und eine Vertiefung eingreift. Der Ringflansch 44 des Verteilerläufers 33 und der Radialflansch 40 der Lochplatte 43 sind durch Klebstoff 41, 42 unlösbar verbunden, so daß eine ebensolche Verbindung des Radialflansches 40 auf der Axialschulter der Lochplatte 43 erfolgt.
