Abstract

Un système de filtrage pour le traitement d'une émulsion contenant de l'eau, une huile ou une graisse, un agent émulsifiant et un matériau solide insoluble (tel qu'une émulsion d'huile maritime contenant un détergent anionique et son sel de calcium graisseux solide) comprend un premier microfiltre hydrophobe (126) et un second microfiltre hydrophobe (147). Les deux microfiltres (126, 147) comprennent plusieurs filtres poreux creux comme agent de séparation, la substance d'alimentation du premier filtre (126) étant appliquée à l'extérieur des fibres et la substance d'alimentation du second filtre (substance qui est constituée du perméat provenant du premier filtre) étant appliquée vers le bas des orifices des fibres.
