Definitions
- the invention relates to a washing and care tub with a drain hole, the drain hole having a toilet seat.
- a support plate In this device, a support plate, the length and width of which are smaller than the corresponding dimensions of the lying surface of the lying device, can be pushed horizontally under the lying patient.
- This support plate has an opening in the patient's pelvic area so that the patient can relieve himself on the support plate.
- the disadvantage of this known device is that the patient is not bathed on the support plate, and can only be washed with difficulty.
- This cleaning trough also has a predominantly round cutout, which can accommodate a toilet-like device, this cutout being closable.
- This bulge has an arrangement of chambers which can be filled separately with air and which are arranged in such a way that they close the bulge in the inflated state, while in the empty state they release the bulge for satisfying needs.
- An inflatable chamber pot is also known (DE-OS 25 08 054), but it cannot be used in a nursing bed.
- this bathtub cannot be integrated into a nursing lounger.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of providing a device with which a toilet seat part can be constructed in the case of a generic bathtub.
- the advantage achieved by the invention is, in particular, that a seat part integrated into the tub can be provided which does not or only slightly impairs the surface of the washing and care tub in the normal state.
- FIG. 1 shows a washing and care tub with the seat part according to the invention in a perspective top view
- Figure 2 shows a cross section through the washing and care tub with seat part.
- 3 shows an enlarged view of the seat part;
- FIG 5 shows the seat part shown in Figure 4, in which the air chambers are compressed; .
- FIG. 7a shows a rotatable cover in a sectional view in two positions
- FIG. 7b shows a top view of the cover according to FIG. 7a;
- FIG. 8b shows the device according to FIG. 8a with inflated air chambers, through which the opening in the tub is closed.
- a tub 1 preferably an inflatable tub made of plastic, rubber or the like, which has a circumferential bead 2 on its edge.
- This tub 1 can be inflated, for example, via a nipple 3.
- a drain hole 4 is provided, which is surrounded by three circular air chambers 5, 6, 7, one above the other, of which the air chamber 5 lies below the surface of the tub 1, while the air chambers 6, 7 above this top ⁇ surface are arranged.
- FIG. 2 shows this tub again in cross section, with a cover 8 is also shown with which the hole 4 can be closed.
- This hole 4 is surrounded by a stable ring 9, which is not inflatable, but may be hollow.
- the lower air chamber 5 rests on the inner edge of this ring.
- the cover 8 is placed on the upper air chamber 7 in order to close the hole.
- the chambers 5,6,7. which preferably form a structural unit, are designed to be removable from the inner edge of the ring 9, so that the cover 8 immediately closes the opening in this ring 9.
- FIG. 3 shows a detail from the device shown in FIG. 2. It can be seen here that the ring 9 rests on a solid base 10, which can be, for example, a board with a hole.
- Valves 18, 19 and 20, 21 are provided between the individual chambers and are used for the passage of air. 3, a total of four valves 18, 19, 20, 21 are provided between the chambers 5, 6, 7; however, only two are sufficient, namely valves 18, 19 and 20, 21. .
- the pressure in the chamber 5 after a certain time exceeds a predetermined threshold value at which the valve 18 responds and allows air to pass through. Now the chamber 6 is also filled with air. In a corresponding manner, the chamber 7 is filled when the valve 19 responds.
- a special layer 24 can be provided on the top of the chamber 7, which serves for stabilization and is particularly skin-friendly.
- FIG. 4 shows the seat part shown in FIG. 3 without an excrement collecting container 17 and without a support 10, the chambers 5, 6, 7 no longer being inflated. Consequently, they take up less space in the vertical direction.
- the layer 24 closes with the upper edge of the tub 1, so that no parts protrude above this surface.
- FIG. 5 shows the device shown in FIG. 4, the chambers 5, 6, 7 appearing even more compressed and carrying a cover 8.
- the surface of the cover 8 ends here with the surface of the tub 1.
- This cover surface can consist of the same material as the trough surface, so that there is no difference between can be seen both.
- FIG. 7a shows a special cover 80 which can at least partially open and close the opening 4.
- This cover 80 is rotatable and closes the hole 4 in a first angular position (position I). If the cover 80 is now rotated through 45 ° (position II), it partially clears the hole 4 so that liquids can drain off.
- FIG. 8a shows the ring 9, which here is not round, but at least rectangular in the lower region 82, 83.
- this ring 9 there are several chambers 90 ... 95 which are connected to one another via valves 96..99.
- FIG. 9 A device in which all parts are inflatable is shown in FIG. 9. Here you can see inflatable tub 1 10 with integrated on inflatable seat part 1 1 1 and an inflatable seal 1 12 for a drain 1 13th
- valve 22 is displaced upwards so that it connects the tub 1 to the chamber 5.
- the inflatable chambers which play an important role in the present invention, can have stretchable or non-stretchable walls. If the walls are not stretchable, they must be foldable, like a bellows.
