Abstract

On prépare des compositions d'encapsulation à partir de compositions renforcées de cyanate polyaromatique comprenant (A) un ou plusieurs cyanates polyaromatiques dont au moins un est une résine hydrocarbure en cyanate polyaromatique telle qu'un polycyanate nonolac de phénol-dicyclopentadiène et (B) un ou plusieurs agents durcissants tels que du naphténate de cobalt. Ces compositions sont particulièrement utiles dans des applications électriques telles que l'encapsulation et la protection de dispositifs et circuits électriques et micro-électroniques.
