Abstract

Un atomiseur utilisé pour atomiser un premier fluide dans un deuxième fluide est du type qui comprend un canal de guidage du deuxième fluide dans lequel est agencé un élément atomiseur (1) en forme d'aile pourvu d'un passage (4) allant d'un côté plat de l'élément atomiseur à l'autre côté plat (11, 11A, 12, 12A) de celui-ci. L'élément en forme d'aile comprend au moins un canal qui s'étend d'un orifice de la paroi latérale du passage (4) jusqu'à un canal d'alimentation ou à un dispositif tubulaire d'introduction du premier fluide dans l'atomiseur. Au niveau du passage (4), de préférence du côté (9) opposé au sens d'écoulement du deuxième fluide, l'élément en forme d'aile a une moindre épaisseur (11A, 12A), réduite de préférence uniformément des deux côtés plats de l'élément en forme d'aile et formant un bord d'attaque (9) arrondi ou pointu tourné vers le passage. Pour obtenir une meilleure atomisation, même lorsque le passage (4) n'est pourvu que d'un seul orifice d'alimentation sur sa paroi latérale, le passage (4) comprend une paroi latérale (8) plus ou moins oblique opposée au bord susmentionné (9). Ces parois latérales (8, 9), qui connectent les parois latérales (6, 7), peuvent être obliques et avoir des longueurs différentes. De même, le contour extérieur de l'élément en forme d'aile (1) peut suivre entièrement, partiellement ou sur certaines parties uniquement le contour des parois latérales (8, 9, 6, 7) du passage (4).
