Definitions
- the invention aims at a hearing protection device against suddenly occurring supernormal volumes.
- the hearing protection device now enables the advantages of a conversation to be conducted by means of a telephone / microphone connection without the known disadvantages of amplifying the noise also occurring.
- the hearing protection device is provided with a conventional anti-noise capsule, among other things, to enable normal conversations in an environment with continuity by means of a built-in telephone which is operated by a signaling microphone, it being provided with a noise suppression unit which is only briefly an intensification of a suddenly occurring supernormal hearing-impairing ⁇ noise disturbance is temporarily electronically suppressed for a maximum of the period thereof.
- the era depression unit receives a ring line, old in series the microphone on the one hand and ice switch and a battery on the other hand; in between are two parallel circuit connections; in one of them the switch runs current in series via the two telephones to the collector and on to the emitter of a first transistor; in the second the switching current runs in series through a resistor to the collector and on to the emitter of a second transistor; the base of the first transistor is connected to the collector of the second transistor via an RC parallel circuit and the microphone is connected via a capacitor to the base of the second transistor, the collector and base of which are connected to one another via a further resistor.
- the noise suppression unit apart from the telephones, is located above the headband and has the switch button on the outside.
- FIG. 1 shows a schematic illustration of an anti-noise capsule
- FIG. 2 shows the electronic circuit for the noise suppression unit
- FIG. 3 shows it from left to right.
- the perforated microphone cover plate On the right, the perforated microphone cover plate, a top view of the built-in noise reduction unit and the front of it with the switch button.
- the two capsules 1, 2 are provided with telephones T 1 and T 2 and the connecting cords 3, 4 lead to a flat box 5 which is fastened on the headband 6 approximately in the middle.
- the box 5 there is the switch S, the battery B, the microphone K and, apart from the two telephones T 1 , T 2 , the noise suppression unit L.
- the button 7 and the cover plate 8, which is perforated, are further shown in FIG 3 shown.
- the socket 5 has two openings for the cords on the underside and is provided with a removable cover (not shown here) for confusing a battery.
- the ring line contains the battery B, the switch S, and the microphone K. in series with one another. There are parallel circuit connections in the ring line between points YY and ZZ. The two transistors V 1 and V 2 connected to the loop with their emitters. The first
- Transistor V 2 stands with its collector on the two telephones
- the second transistor V 1 is connected via the node K with the resistor R 2 to the ring line and further via the resistor R 1 with its base on the capacitor C 1 further connected to the microphone E.
- the base of the first transistor V 2 is by means of the RC parallel circuit with a resistor R 3 and a capacitor C 2 on dea
- Node K and further connected to the collector of the second transistor V 1 .
- the effect of the noise suppression unit is that when a sudden noise disturbance occurs, for example a shot, the transistor V 2 via R 3 has a positive voltage and is blocked for a short time, about 0.2 seconds.
- the can 5, which is drawn quite large here, can possibly also be made very flat so that the headband 6 only shows a thickening.
- 1.2 microphones can also be installed in each capsule and the switch can also be located in the capsule without deviating significantly from the principle of the noise suppression unit.
