Abstract

Dans une installation de refroidissement de marchandises en vrac, par exemple de clinker, sur des grilles traversées transversalement au moyen d'air de refroidissement, on vise à améliorer la distribution de l'air de refroidissement sur la marchandise en vrac et à tenir compte de la ségrégation de la partie grossière et de la partie fine de la marchandise en vrac. Dans ce but, la marchandise en vrac (3) est amenée sur une grille stationnaire (8) grâce à un moyen de transport mobile situé directement au-dessus. Afin de rendre la grille (8) assez stable pour accepter les forces de concassage et de permettre ainsi de concasser l'agrégat sortant du four au moyen d'une mâchoire de concasseur (5) contre la grille, afin de mieux le refroidir et de mieux le déverser, on peut prévoir comme moyen de transport une chaîne à drague sans fin (6) dotée d'entraîneurs conçus pour le transport et pouvant être combinée avec une installation de refoulement destinée à refouler les couches supérieures de la marchandise en vrac.
