Abstract
Le microcommutateur comprend une base isolante, des contacts fixee montés sur la base isolante (1), un contact mobile (4) pour la commutation sélective de contacts fixes (2, 3), un organe d'entraînement (5) et un mécanisme de commutation pour la commutation des contacts mobiles (4) par l'intermédiaire de l'organe d'entraînement (5). Le mécanisme de commutation pour le contact mobile (4) consiste en un levier d'entraînement (6), un levier intermédiaire (7), un rotor plat (8) et une lame (9), chacun de ces éléments étant connectés entre eux l'un après l'autre. Le levier d'entraînement (6) et la lame (9) sont articulés sur la base isolante (1), les extrémités du levier intermédiaire (7) et du ressort plat (8) sont connectées entre elles et reposent sur un élément d'arrêt (17). Le contact mobile (4) est monté sur l'extrémité libre (12) de la lame (9). Le ressort plat (8) est connecté à l'extrémité (16) de la lame (9), laquelle extrémité est opposée à l'extrémité où sont montés le dispositif d'arrêt (17) et le contact mobile (4). La partie médiane de la lame (9) est connectée à la base isolante (1) de manière à former un joint entre le contact mobile (4) et le point de connexion des extrémités (16, 15) de la lame (9) et du ressort plat (8).
