Abstract
Dans le domaine de l'alimentation, un mélange d'aliments constitués à partir de substances de départ ayant des paramètres différents quant à leur teneur, on a considéré comme étant optimal celui dont le coût spécifique est minimum entre des limites de compositions appropriées d'après certaines considérations théoriques et des expériences pratiques. Dans l'élevage, en particulier dans le cas d'animaux monogastriques, la formation d'un fourrage optimal n'est pas le fourage le meilleur marché mais celui qui possède la valeur biologique maximum pour un prix minimum. Selon l'invention, d'après les données établies de la demande concernant les animaux d'élevage, la quantité et le taux optimum d'acides aminés essentiels se trouvant dans le mélange de fourrage et à atteindre doivent être trouvés de sorte qu'en même temps les autres paramètres concernant les teneurs internes de l'optimisation du fourrage traditionnel doivent être prises en considération également. Un problème pour établir rapidement la composition de fourrage optimum est le fait qu'une détermination en laboratoire de la composition des substances de base du fourrage est lente et compliquée, et est souvent impossible à cause des conditions des plantes du mélange; l'appareil de l'invention détermine directement d'après des mesures proches des infrarouges des données importantes concernant les teneurs internes, corrige les données stockées dans la banque de données et détermine la composition optimale après contrôle et établissement appropriés de ces données.
