Abstract

Es sind verschiedene Verschlussvorrichtungen bekannt wie Reiberhähne, die jedoch in der Herstellung verhältnismässig teuer zu stehen kommen. Oder Gu.sr.i- und KunststoffStülpen, die in bezug auf Sicherheit Wünsche offen lassen, und Gewinde-Kappen, bei denen beim Entleeren die Flüssigkeit über die lösende Hand läuft. Die nachfolgend beschriebene Erfindung hebt diese Nachteile auf. Die Erfindung ist gekennzeichnet durch einen in eine Ringάichtlippe des Auslaufstutzens einschiebbaren Verschlusszapfen mit zylindrischer Dichtfläche, der in einer auf dem Auslaufstutzen axial verschiebbaren, gewindefreien und endseits offenen Betätigungshülse sitzt, welche ihrerseits gleitend gegen die zylindrische Aussenfläche des AuslaufStutzens abgedichtet ist, das Ganze derart, dass in der Offenstellung die Flüssigkeit axial ausfliesst. Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes. Am Urin-Beutel 1 ist ein Auslaufstutzen 2 mittels eines elastischen Ringes 4 befestigt. Der Auslaufstutzen 2 weist Bohrungen 6 und 6a auf. In der Bohrung 6a befindet sich eine Dichtungslippe 7, welche mit dem Zapfen 14 eine Dichtung bildet. Der Zapfen 14 weist ein konisches Ende auf, welches zusätzlich mit der llembrane 6b eine erste Abdichtung bildet. Die Membrane ist so ausgebildet, dass diese in Verschlusstellungjaxial angehoben wird. Fixiert wird die Betätigungshülse 5 durch die Dichtungslippe 7 sowie durch die Lippe 12 der Betätigungshüise 5. Am Ende des Auslaufstutzens 2 befindet sich die Schulter 13, weiche beim Entleeren einen Anschlag für die Lippe 12 der Betätigungshüise 5 bildet. In Schliesstellung bilden die Stege δ den entsprechenden Anschlag. Die Innenwand der Hülse 5 weist eine Rille 10 zur Halterung des Trichters II auf. In the bore 6a there is a sealing lip 7 which forms a seal with the pin 14. The pin 14 has a conical end which additionally forms a first seal with the membrane 6b. The membrane is designed so that it is raised axially in the closed position. The actuating sleeve 5 is fixed by the sealing lip 7 and by the lip 12 of the actuating sleeve 5. At the end of the outlet nozzle 2 is the shoulder 13, which forms a stop for the lip 12 of the actuating sleeve 5 when emptying. In the closed position, the webs δ form the corresponding stop. The inner wall of the sleeve 5 has a groove 10 for holding the funnel II.

1.Closing and emptying device for urinals and liquid containers of a similar type with an outlet connection, characterized by a closure plug which can be inserted into an annular sealing lip of the outlet connection and has a cylindrical sealing surface, which is seated in an actuation sleeve which is axially displaceable, unthreaded and open at the end and which in turn slides against one another the cylindrical outer surface of the outlet nozzle is sealed, the whole in such a way that the liquid flows out axially in the open division.

2. Closing and emptying device according to claim 1, characterized in that the pin is connected in the actuating sleeve by means of radial webs which leave an axial passage and at the same time form an insertion stop.

3. Closure and emptying device according to claim 1, characterized in that an inner sealing lip of the actuating sleeve cooperates with a shoulder of the outlet nozzle for the purpose of pull-out limitation.

4. Closing and emptying device according to claim 1, characterized in that the conical end of the pin cooperates in the closed position with an additional ring membrane in the outlet nozzle.
