Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a derivados de indol macrocíclicos de la fórmula general (I): en donde R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, A y L son como se definen en la presente, métodos de preparación de dichos compuestos, compuestos intermediarios útiles para preparar dichos compuestos, composiciones farmacéuticas y combinaciones que comprenden dichos compuestos y el uso de dichos compuestos para producir composiciones farmacéuticas para el tratamiento o prevención de enfermedades, en particular de enfermedades hiperproliferativas, como un único agente o en combinación con otros ingredientes activos.The present invention relates to macrocyclic indole derivatives of the general formula (I): wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, A and L are as defined herein, methods of preparing said compounds, intermediate compounds useful for preparing said compounds, pharmaceutical compositions and combinations comprising said compounds and the use of said compounds to produce pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment or prevention of diseases, in particular hyperproliferative diseases, as a single agent or in combination with other ingredients assets.
