La invención se refiere a derivados de isoquinolona sustituidos con 6-ciclohexilamina de fórmula (I) o a derivados de isoquinolina de la fórmula (I´) útiles para el tratamiento y/o prevención de enfermedades asociadas con la Rho-quinasa y/o la fosforilación mediada por la Rho-quinasa de la fosfatasa de la cadena ligera de miosina, y a composiciones que contienen tales compuestos.
