Abstract
Imidazodiazepinas de fórmula general (I) (figura 1), y sales de adicón de los mismos farmacéuticamente aceptables, donde: A y los átomos de carbono alfa y beta significan uno de los radicales de la figura 2; Q es uno de los radicales de la figura 3; R1 y R2 entre otras posibilidades, junto al átomo de Nitrógeno significan: 1-pirrolidinilo, 1-pirrolinilo, piperidino, 2,6-dimetilpiperidino, 3,3-dimetilpiperidino, morfolino, 4-metil-1-piperazinilo o isoindolin-2-ilo. Ejemplo no limitante: 3-(5-dipropilaminometil-1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-il)-8-fluoro-5-metil-5,6-dihidro-4H-imidazo(1,5-a) [1,4]benzodiazepin-6-ona. La invención también proporciona un procedimiento para la preparación de un compuesto según lo descrito. The invention also provides a process for the preparation of a compound as described. The compounds according to the invention are useful for the production of anxiolytic and / or anticonvulsant and / or muscle relaxant and / osdative-hyptonic drugs.
