FIGS. 1-8 depict a sequence of images for a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical interface showing our new design. The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images of the sequences shown in FIGS. 1-8. This process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design. The broken lines in FIGS. 1-8 show the display screen or portion thereof and elements of the graphical user interface that are environmental aspects and form no part of the claimed design.
