To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, WALTER EDWARD SMITH, a citizen of the United States, residing at Warwick Downs, in the county of Kent and State of Rhode Island, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Shoe Buckles, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawin formin part thereof.

In said drawing, ig. 1 is a ront face view,

and Fig. 2 is an edge View of a shoe buckle, showing my new design.

The ornamental design for a shoe buckle as shown.
