FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;
FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan view being identical thereto;
FIG. 6 is a top, rear, and left side perspective view of a second embodiment of an ultrasonic bone cutting blade showing our new design;
FIG. 7 is right-side elevational view thereof, the left side elevation being a mirror image;
FIG. 8 is a front elevational view thereof;
FIG. 9 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,
FIG. 10 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan view being identical thereto.
