FIG. 4 is a side view of the embodiment depicted in FIG. 1 coupled to a piece of luggage;

FIG. 5 is a top view of the embodiment depicted in FIG. 1 coupled to a piece of luggage; and,

FIG. 6 is a magnified view of the strap ends and lock which form part of the embodiment depicted in FIG. 1.
