The “George Mason University” logo as shown in the drawings, particularly FIGS. 1, 2, and 8, is a trademark forming part of the claimed design. The owner of this logo is George Mason University, a non-for-profit state university having the address: 4400 University Drive, MSN 2A3, Fairfax, Virginia 22030-4444. The US Patent and Trademark Office registration number for the logo is 3042708, and the registration date is Jan. 10, 2006. Prior registration numbers include 1873336 and 1903646.
