Be it known that I, EDWARD ToDD, J r., a citizen of the United States, residing at New York, county of New York, State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Surface Ornamentation for a Pen, Pencil, Penknife, or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, which is a view of a pencil with my new surface ornamentation applied thereto.
